2 OHIO & Back, to Brooklyn: Adventures with Pepper Shaker & Cookie Jar
Wow... so, this past Turkey Day I ventured out of Brooklyn to see my grandparents who live in the southeastern section of Ohio... ummm... fun, right? I would say that it was interesting.
Why? Well, let's just leave it to saying it all started with my two dogs (Pepper Shaker and Cookie Jar) who don't seem to be as housebroken as one would think...
Even worse... Cookie Jar doesn't take to well to car rides.
MEANING... she vomited while I was driving through the battery tunnel (15 minutes into the trip). I thought that I would vomit from the smell. And, still, I was on a phone meeting with boss and other people.... international call from Israel!
Once, I arrived things were seemingly ok. I went out a bit, Slept a lot and caught up on some work (lame- I know)...
More importantly, I found alot of good deals on clothes. This seems to make up for all the drama... Thanks GABE'S
I am about to drive back to Brooklyn now... To be brutally honest, I sooooo don't feel like driving. However, I have like 10 meetings with people to morrow about potentially hiring them for jobs. So, I have to go back.
ALSO, later tonight or tomorrow I will be posting photos from the CRAZY party that i went to out in the country... You know like B.F.E county. Flip cup, rabbit eattin' and all these kind of things caught in a set of kodak moments ;-)

BUTT...
I am concerned ;-)
OMG... I think i am about to be really happy... WHY? Well, other than the fact that I have 2 amazing doggies (Cookie Jar and Pepper Shaker)... I just received a call that the Treadmill I ordered for my place is coming tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am super excited. I mean, I don't know how to assemble it but at least it is on it's way... When it gets here then I have to call the Nordic Track people and have them stalk me down to assemble it... well, step 1 is almost complete.
Things still in question...
- Where am I going to put it?
- Why do I think I will use it?
- Will I become addicted to exercise... again ;-)
- How long should I stare at it before using it?
- Will people realize that it is not a coat rack?
- Should I tell my friends, or will they stop by at midnight to use it?
- Can my dogs train for canine marathons on it?
... Yes, I know, these are ALL VERY IMPORTANT QUESTIONS...

How did I miss Blogging about this?
I have been so crazy busy that I forgot to post photos from the Event that YJP hosted as a Fundraiser for Icare4autism (the International Center for Autism Research & Education)... Wow. Now, that is busy! At the event, I interviewed people for ICARE TV. One person that I interviewed was KEN SUNSHINE. He is a PR guy that rep's people like Barbara Streisand, Leo Decaprio, John Mayer and so on.

Time is rushing into the New Year... Shana Tova!
Wow... So, things are wayyyyy more busy than expected. I have a manageable amount of things to do but I keep forgetting to do them ;-(
Plus, it is almost my birthday... I will be 26. This is a weird number but--- whatever
Tonight, I went to hear a Rabbi Wallerstein, a popular Brooklyn rabbi. He was extra good tonight. So, it was nice. Plus, after the shur he blessed 200 small jars of honey for people to take home!
Anyway, I hope to get a bunch more done before holiday. This year, I am spending the evenings with with one of my favorite families... the Bitton's. And, I am going to see more friends during the days.

Event Planning...
I am so excited for the ICARE4AUTISM event that is currently in production! It is going to take place on September 22nd... right before my birthday;-)
So, the night before last I went with the organization's event planner, Candice Schaffer, to check out the event space. I also needed to check out the general scene with the type of crowd that the YJP (Young Jewish Professionals) would be bringing in. 
So, we went, we conquored, and are closing to wrapping up the details on the upcoming event.
